Methodology

• Calculator targets follow published sports-nutrition ranges (ISSN, Academy of Nutrition) and state their assumptions on the page.
• Price comparisons are recomputed monthly: cost per 20 g = (price / servings) x (20 / protein per serving).
• Rankings are never sold. Commissions do not influence order. The math does.
